Pic #7 Janice I have always admired this quilt I also like the coffee table so if Max is going to start making stuff for the cousins he could make me one.
Pic #16 the drums...I would like one. I was thinking one of the thinner ones on the right.
Would it be possible if Eric could have the old fashioned hand drill in the 2nd last picture to the left of the window. Grandpa offerd it to Eric when we were there in July but I didn't feel we should take it as it was one of the few tools that was still there.
Stuff seen in these pics for joe' stay here- coffee maker shelf to left of Coffee maker some photos he took etc. big boat on sunporch his desk lamp some sheet and towels blanket
Father thought the rug would be nice here- we have a cold floor. It is quite large and fits into this room and so would be nice for him. I would like it, but not necessarily.
I would like the brass ship's lamp, a bookshelf or two for all the genealogy, the fern plates, the aluminum dutch oven and spare lid, a boat or two, a torchiere, bedroom mirror, lamb coat, little squishy animals, yellow canvas lawn chairs, jumbo muffin tin. Ellen
I have some boats left from last time and we can put them all up together. I would like one small one for Jed and Nina. Maybe trade mine for another smaller one. C

I have a preference for the plain light coloured one with the rope across the back
DeleteI haven't heard anything about the livingroom rug.

ReplyDeleteAllison, I think the plan is for Joe to take the rug to Cynthia's. I found the muffin tins in #20- I would like one.
ReplyDeleteI agree Allison about the drill and should go to Eric.
ReplyDeletepic 3 left of mixer is cutting board made by Uncle Herman

I was just curious as to where it was going. It is a nice light colour and would look lovely in your sun filled livingroom.
DeleteI told dADDY i WOULD TAKE IT, BUT ACTUALLY, i DON'T WANT IT - RUGS JUST GET DIRTY IN MY HOUSE.

hATE THAT BUTTON.
Hate it twice.

Allison, I'd be happy for you to have the big quilted hanging at the end of the living room! Janice

ReplyDeleteAre the yellow canvas lawn chairs different from the curvy plastic fabric ones that go with the patio table?
ReplyDeleteyep- they are folding with yellow sunbrella that father put on.
ReplyDeleteThe big ones don't fold and are beige.
and in the crawl space.
In picture 20 right in the middle on the middle shelf I see glasses with a wheat motif

ReplyDeleteI think Craig should have it
ReplyDeleteThat's probably the right place for it...
DeleteBoys would be happy to have another boat model or so from those that remain.
ReplyDeleteFrom Hugh: we would like one of Doris's drums, maybe a flat round one the shape of a cake.
ReplyDeleteAunt Ruth would like a boat-model. Did I already say Andy wants a drum? The big djembe was once Roza's; I don't know if he wants that one.

That cedar closet is a nice piece, probably to big for me to get home...hmmm I'll have to check into Fedex
ReplyDeleteI think the cedar closet is built in. Plywood lined with cedar tongue-and-groove.

Oh, and it was Joe who built the folding card-table style of chess table. But there is a photo of Joe and Cliff playing at it, in Lexington.
