Claire here. My plan for the blog is to take more pictures when I stay with Joe this weekend. I wanted to get the large things posted so that the conversations could get started and we can know what to do with the things that take up most space! What section should I work on next?
Hard to say - you said stuff on the walls, but those are generally less significant, it might be easier to make a list rather than full photos of each. Mommy wanted me to bring back Fritz's photos of alpine flowers and the big swirly hanging; I hope Daddy takes my painting from over his bed to Maine, and if the batik goes to Craig, the rest is just lots of photos. And half models.
ReplyDeleteOnce you get into linens and kitchen stuff, it'll be the same problem, getting into little finicky bits and pieces. You could just take photos of drawers and shelves and that would make for many happy hours of entertainment. Same with Doris's closet? What's in the cedar chest in the garage, and are there more linens in another chest? Take a group photo of the drums too...
And can you add a photo of the table and chairs on the deck with the umbrella? What's left in the garage for tools? - both Max and Hugh are interested, maybe your mum for your dad too.
I don't want to see these random-letter words appearing as your words in scrabble...the last was odd enough!
I think overall room shots would be helpful so we could see the pictures and things. (I have pictures of all the pictures in the house Paige took last year)
ReplyDeleteYou could spread out linens on the table and take a picture of all of them, then it is kind of historical too "these are all the linens that Grandomother used and collected over her years"
there are a lot of boxes in the garage on SHelves B...any worth taking picutres of?
