Photos 16 & 17 - whichever of those are sterling, but I think a set may have been put away. #25? Little blue-striped pitcher with cover. #29 or so...Amaretto, I'd like a glass of that now, please. Next photo, the painted glass salt & pepper I gave to Doris a year ago, and would take back.
Ellen should take the fern plates in the last photo. I'm not sure they show, but I gave Mommy a teapot, plate, and dessert plates in the Wakefield pattern that I think are on the top shelf in the laundry room, that I'd also take back.
Ok here goes! photo 1- 4 small glasses w cut motif for Nina photo 3- things for father to make him feel at home while here - I dont want them- so choose anyway Bananna rack recipe box flashlight applepeeler manhatten glasses fruitbowl-or breadbowl sharpening stone if he wants it egg cups on windowsill and wee spoons on table melon...
From Nora: I remember admiring Doris's original 'tupperwares' when we visited a while back, and it would be good to get away from the plastics. I also wouldn't mind any napkins or table linens -- for day to day use would be best, but we do occasionally hose more 'formal' events, just not often. Placemats would be appreciated as well.
So I would like Nora and Hugh to have the enamel food storage containers, maybe tin as well if there aren't any takers. I sent a general email about the glasses with the wheat motif, I see Cynthia has put those down too. I need a pot cover for the medium-small Revere Ware pot!
A teapot A muffin tin A large bowl A small whisk A medium short-edged revereware pan The potato masher A wooden spoon The two small green bowls A few enamel/aluminum storage containers
nope I did not put the wheat motif ones down- my interest is in pic #1 top shelf =juice glass size with cut motif like a star. no handles- for Nina
"There are some glasses, with handles? and an etched wheat design" I am not sure but I think they are in the back of the wine glasses in pantry. Picture 30? or maybe Claire knows?
Fritz is signing up for the stainless silverware. He'd also like some of the enamel food storage boxes; I count 11 plus two tin ones, so between him, Nora, and Claire that's four, four, and three plus the tin ones to be assigned to each, and I'd guess those have been accounted for...though maybe there will be more interest.

ReplyDeleteFrom Hugh: I noticed some of those brown pudding cups, can I have those? The biscuit cutter, and egg mincer would be cool too.
ReplyDeletePainted milk-glass salt & pepper I gave to Doris in last photo are requested by Jackie to give to Caroline.
ReplyDeletePic #29 I see a christmas tin on the left hand side and a box above??? christmas ornaments???
ReplyDeleteI think the brown cardboard box is full of soap.
ReplyDeleteEllen
Good question - they used to have Christmas ornaments, what happened to them?
