Was the darker clock the one that Cynthia painted the moon face or was that the one that went to Jackie?
Hi Allison, I painted the moon on the darker cherry clock.
Father built the shaker pine clock when he was about 84 years old!! and he cut a stencil and stenciled the red and yellow flowers motif.Very impressive, he just loved ot figure out and build things.
From Hugh: We would like to have a grandfather clock but that wouldn't make it out here for some time, but it would be a great heirloom.
And so since I always told Daddy I'd be happy to have the cherry clock, and since Hugh wants it, I'd like it to go to him.
Except that Claire and Roza would like to share the cherry clock; they neither of them mentioned Grandma's electric GE clock.Ellen
